Thankfully we (Nessie and Angus) were in a campground when it decided it wasn’t going anywhere. Perhaps a frozen handbrake.
Despite being a Germanic Language, English was useless in this far-southern village in Germany. A few guys in nearby campsites attempted to help.
We ended up riding out the storm there. Thankfully INCREDIBLE soup was nearby.
Unfortunately, also nearby, but out of reach (re the storm), was the famous Neuschwanstein Castle…next time.
A tow-truck came and for $250 Euros we were on the road again!
